About Rhona
Well known as ‘a safe pair of hands’, Rhona is able to glide with elegance at all times, throughout the unpredictability of live events. As a French speaker, Rhona is happy and confident to work in both languages, as required.
As a former international athlete and current UKA athletics coach, Rhona has a firm understanding of the sporting arena, from preparation to performance, and from grassroots to elite. Her personal experience and professionalism have earned respect from all areas of the sports world and media industry.
Just as importantly, Rhona is passionate about the benefits of sport for all in our society, especially young people. She is an enthusiastic voice and coach, in the areas of personal development, leadership skills and building confidence.
An outdoors enthusiast, she is happiest walking beaches, skiing, riding trails or climbing hills. Rhona is married to Bruce, another sports professional, and they have two sporty daughters.
