As a former international athlete and current UKA athletics coach, Rhona has a firm understanding of the sporting arena, from preparation to performance, and from grassroots to elite.
Her personal experience and professionalism have earned respect from all areas of the sports world and media industry.
In addition, Rhona is passionate about health and fitness for all - especially our young people and is a lively media contributor on these subjects. An outdoors enthusiast, she is happiest walking beaches, skiing, riding trails or climbing hills. Rhona is married to Bruce, another sports professional, and they have two sporty daughters.
